Ingredients for 2 people:
• 250 gr of Roastbeef
• Local butter to taste
• Black pepper in grains to taste
• Oil and salt to taste
• White wine to taste
• 1 spring of rosemary
• Thyme

Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 7 minutes

Put the beef on a plate, add seasoning, salt and oil, and sprinkle with a some white wine. Leave the meat to marinate for a few minutes, put it on the very hot grill, allow it to cook to
taste on both sides. Before cutting it, let it rest for a few seconds.
Put the sliced meat on a plate, add butter, pepper and herbs.
Add the vegetables.
