Braised beef with Polenta


Ingredients for 6 people:
• 500 gr of Beef
• 50 gr of carrots
• 50 gr of celery
• 50 gr of onions
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1/2 liter of red wine
• Salt
• Pepper
• Spices

Difficulty: Medium
Preparation time: 8/10 hours

Marinate the beef in red wine with vegetables and seasoning for 8 hours. Separate it from the vegetables and brown them in a lot of butter. Add the meat and cook over a low flame for 4 hours. Serve with polenta and a good glass of red wine.
