In keeping with tradition, on Friday, 14 August from 9 p.m. the 80th edition of the Parade of illuminated boats and fireworks display will take place on the lakeside road in Gravedona ed Uniti. Special guest of this edition: Giulio Maceroni (guitarist).
The eve of Ferragosto for Gravedona ed Uniti is a special date, the most heartfelt appointment for the citizens. The festival has been held every year since 1946, at the end of World War II, with the parade of illuminated boats built by groups of volunteers during the winter. The lakeside road and the various squares in the centre come alive with lights and scents, amidst food stands and good music. Not to be missed is the great fireworks display, whose colours and magic enchant everyone.
This edition will be enhanced by the presence of rock guitarist Giulio Maceroni, known for his performances at major international sporting events and special guest of the night, who will perform live on a barge, treating the audience to a unique show set against the backdrop of the boat parade and the fireworks.
