Amongst the colours and the aromas of the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve is the Beccaccino which is immersed in the environment. Here, in the northernmost point of Lake Como, Romeo Landi decided to renovate a family property turning it into a warm and welcoming restaurant. The internal rooms and the veranda offer a romantic setting with attention to every detail. While the well supplied cellar holds more than 100 strictly Italian wine labels.
The Beccaccino restaurant aims at offering total immersion in the typical local products, celebrating traditions, flavours and aromas passed down with love and enthusiasm from times past. The cuisine is typical of the Lario, but over the years it has been constantly perfected. The menu brings together the lake, the sea and the soil to create authentic original flavours where the raw materials used are genuine expressions of the territory and, even more, they are freshly fished by Romeo or from the family garden.
The restaurant also specializes in gluten-free recipes, so much so that it has become part of the Italian Coeliac Association.
