La Preséf is situated in the heart of a real working farm, Agriturismo La Fiorida in Mantello, Lower Valtellina. La Fiorida earned its first Michelin star in 2013, making it Europe's first agriturismo (farm-to-table establishment) to achieve this prestigious recognition.
In 2022, La Preséf was further honoured with a Green Star, awarded for its outstanding commitment to authenticity and environmental sustainability. Thanks to the farm's own livestock, dairy production and vegetable gardens, the ingredients used in the kitchen are entirely sourced locally.
This direct connection to nature and the local area allows the restaurant to offer dishes that celebrate authenticity, seasonality and traditional flavours, creatively reinterpreted by Chef Gianni Tarabini. The exclusivity of the gourmet experience at La Preséf is enhanced by the intimate and sophisticated atmosphere of the dining room, which features elegant Swiss pine wood interiors and refined furnishings.
Guests can choose between two tasting menus: the four-course “Origins” menu and the seven-course “Seasons” menu.
