Ingredients for 1 person:
• 1 fillet of Whitefish
• 1 fillet of Trout
• 1 fillet of Agone
• tomato
• extra virgin olive oil
• breadcrumbs
• herbs

The lake fish comes in three types of fish: the Whitefish the Trout and the Agone.
The Whitefish fillet is cooked in the oven and served with tomato marinade and a drizzle of olive oil. The Trout fillet is cooked in the oven and served with olive oil flavoured with herbs. The Agone is cooked aswell in the oven with a light coating of breadcrumbs and herbs. The result is a delicate, tasty and light dish and at the same time it respects the flavours and the taste of each fish.
