Ingredients for 4 people:
• 200 gr of savoy cabbage
• 100 gr of potatoes
• 200 gr of semi-fat cheese
• Parmesan cheese
• Butter
• Sage
For the Pasta
• 200 gr of white flour
• 300 gr of buckwheatflour
• Water and salt

Preparation time: 20/30 minutes

Prepare the dough of the pizzocheri with flour and lay it out. Cut them into strips and cook them in boiling salted water with cabbage and pieces of potato.
When cooked, drain and mix with browned butter with sage and garlic, add small cubes of cheese and mix well.
