The seventh edition of the Selvatica Food festival will take place from 1 to 31 October. For one month, several local restaurants become ‘ambassadors of Como cuisine’.
The aim of the event is to encourage informed consumption of local products, in particular game, fish and forest food of the area. You can taste menus based on polenta and menus featuring typical local products, created for the festival.
